Neighbour, Jr. recently launched TOUCH GLOCAL TRAINING CENTER, a Houston-based international equipping center for faith- based leaders. TOUCH GLOCAL TRAINING CENTER provides Distance Learning/Local training for faith-based organizations and individuals. Touch Glocal's unique experience with cells worldwide provides a rich cultural platform for today's faith-based leadership.
