Sara Leib takes Boston

Jazz singer Sara Leib to perform at Ryles Jazz Club February 19th, 2004.

Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) February 3, 2004 --Jazz vocalist Sara Leib will perform with rhythm section. The Quartet will perform at Ryles Jazz Club on Thursday, February 19th, starting at 8 p.m, promoting their new release, Its Not The Moon".

One of the most inventive young vocalists around, Sara Leib is the recent recipient of Downbeats 2002 student music award for Outstanding Performance by a Jazz Vocalist. Leib is a Los Angeles native who has worked and studied with Kevin Mohogany, Dominique Eade, and Kurt Elling. She has recently performed with jazz musicians Dave Liebman and Kristin Korb. The Sara Leib Quartet will include Berklee professor and pianist Mark Shilansky, bassist Evan Gregor, and drummer Michael Herklots.
