CEO Counselors Announces 2004 Survey of Presidents and CEOs about Value Gained by Information Systems and Technology Investments

During February and March, CEO Counselors website will record opinions of Presidents and CEOs of US and International firms about the value that believe their organizations get from investments in Information Systems and Technology.

Tampa, FL and Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 4, 2004 ---CEO Counselors announced the start of their 2004 survey that will be conducted during February and March. Respondents may go to the CEO Counselors website, http://www.ceocounselors.com to sign-in and complete a survey.

In the 2003 work, the respondents identified security as the number one concern. But the most important issues to each firm varied widely, as did the chief executives relative confidence in his organizations ability to keep IT aligned with business strategy, to manage projects, to gain value from investments and to ensure systems were secure.

For 2004, CEO Counselors is asking CEOs and Presidents of US and international businesses about their confidence that their organizations are spending the right amount of money on technology and information systems and 15 other key issues in information systems.

Results of the 2003 survey are posted at the CEO Counselors website. Respondents to the 2004 survey will be able to get the report before it is generally available along with a comparison of their firm against the universe of respondents and an opportunity to discuss results with the researchers. Summary results will be used in academic training at several leading Universities at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
