BELLEVUE, Wash. - Feb. 3, 2003 - Ascentis Software today announced its new Vertical Solution Partner alliance with AccountMate, a developer of fully modifiable accounting and business management software for mid-market companies. Ascentis' HR and benefits management software, HROffice, integrates with AccountMate's payroll module to extend comprehensive HR functionality to clients.

As an AccountMate Vertical Solution Partner, Ascentis will gain access to developer tools, as well as sales and marketing programs that provide exposure to AccountMates channel of 1,450 authorized business partners.

Ascentis' HROffice solutions automate all HR processes, eradicate paper trails, and prevent costly errors in benefits data.
