Nemerix SA appoint new CFO

Morris Linney Ltd, the international executive search firm assists Nemerix SA in the appointment of a new CFO.

Morris Linney were initially introduced to NemeriX SA by co-investors Atila Venture Partners based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Morris Linney identified and recommended Bruce Neuschwander as the ideal candidate.

Bruce has over 25 years of corporate finance experience with solid expertise in both start-ups and large, complex multinational companies. Before joining NemeriX, he was the Corporate Controller for Centillium Communications where he was influential in its growth from a pre-revenue start-up to a $156 million NASDAQ listed company. Bruce was a key player in raising over $130 million through a 'C' round of financing and an IPO. His previous companies include KLA-Tencor, where he was Senior Division Controller for four years, and Unisys, where he spent 15 years in a broad range of finance roles, including three years as a controller in Germany and one year in England. Bruce received his Master of Science in Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Willamette University.
