Transition Consulting Limited Staff Promotions 2004.
In the annual company staff reviews, two consultants have achieved promotion.
Jeremy Gilbert has been promoted to Test Manager and James Brooks has been promoted to Test Team Leader.
The benchmark that T.C.L. uses is unique within the software testing community and demands significant skills that must be tangibly demonstrated before being considered learnt.
Achieving success against this benchmark does not come lightly and requires dedication and commitment.
The T.C.L. Board of Directors extends thanks to each of these consultants for their hard work, and congratulations on their subsequent promotion.

Transition Consulting Limited (T.C.L.) is a company whose key assets are its people. With this rooted at the heart of the cultural model and approach, T.C.L. provides a structured benchmark of all consultant roles and promotes a proactive approach to continuous staff development and progression.
Each consultant is formally reviewed on an annual basis and is trained in line with their mutually agreed training needs. The training is provided through a mixture of:
• Internal assignments and self learning
• Mentoring
• Attendance at industry conferences
• External training courses from providers including Parity and QBIT.
The training takes up a great deal of time, effort and financial investment -- all of which is regarded as essential to the future success of everyone involved.
During the annual staff reviews (January 2004) the mutual commitment between company and staff has been rewarded with the following promotions:
