This election year the President-elect will have almost totalitarian powers due to a weak Congress, Executive Orders, and the Patriot Act parts I and II; not to discount a bloated apathetic citizenry. How did this happen to America?
The Pirates of Liberty essays trace the journey from Christian freedom and minimalist government to United Nations sponsored polytheistic slavery. Dorothy A. Seese has researched the change in the Supreme Court from 1892Âs declaration that, ÂThe morality of the country is deeply engrafted upon Christianity, and not upon doctrines or worship of other religions, to Justice Stevens opinion in 2000, ÂSponsorship of a religious message is impermissible because it sends the ancillary message to members of the audience who are non-adherents that they are outsiders, not full members of the political community, and an accompanying message to adherents that they are insiders, favored members of the political community. The deterioration of the Constitution from documenting God given Âinalienable rights, to being considered a Âliving document subject to changes in public opinion and interpretation is proven with legal excerpts of over a century of cases.
SeeseÂs analysis shows that the executive branch has un-Constitutionally usurped the authority the Founding Fathers granted to the Legislative branch of the government. In fact, the legislative branch has abdicated their authority long before passing the Patriot Act without reading it. In enacting program after program, Congress has delegated more and more power to the executive branch. Thus, Congress has not only failed to check but has actually abetted the expansion of presidential power. And the courts have been all but absent in restraining presidential lawmaking.
While Seese has made The Pirates of Liberty a resource of the Founding Fathers intentions for the country they had risked their fortunes, reputations, and lives to make freedom Americans' birthright; the modern globalists' intentions for this country are not ignored. A brief history of the matriarchal earth worshipping is provided. Present day deterioration of morals from Peter Singers' bestiality and infanticide proposals to abortion rights and homosexual marriage is exposed along with the controversial subjects of reparationism, tolerance, NAMBLA, globalism, and environmental terrorism amongst others. Seese has included critiques of recent political figures such as John Kerry and Ron Paul.
