It was started with help from the Carrickfergus Enterprise Agency, who put them through their Business Start Up Program. They also helped with all the planning and research needed to produce their Business Plan. At the end of the course they were given a grant. The Princes Trust, which is set up to help 18 -30 year olds start up their own business, were also impressed and gave them a low interest loan.

It has a no call out charge in the Carrickfergus and surrounding areas (Whitehead, Greenisland, Newtownabbey, Jordanstown and Glengormley). This means that if they cant fix it there's no fee.

Chris Gibson, Partner in Gibsons PC Clinic quoted We have tried to set up a service that gets the problems fixed with the least amount of hassle to the customer. Our in-home and onsite service means they don't have to disconnect any wires , or take it to a computer shop. They give us a call and we will come to the customer and do all the work."
