One package provides three 1-hour personal training sessions with a certified personal trainer who will utilize key fitness and health components to help identify health and fitness goals, and develop a training program based on specific needs. The package includes identifying health and fitness goals, body composition analysis, blood pressure checks, and an individualized strength flexibility program. The second package offers a 1-month N-Shape for Life" program with supervised workouts that allow up to three individuals to work together with a certified trainer who will assist with maintaining workout programs, including a complete body composition analysis and fitness evaluation. In addition to the packages, N-Shape Personal Fitness is offering a 2 for 1 weight management program allowing two participants to learn the dos and donts of weight management for the price of one.
