With the introduction of AwareView, security professionals utilizing Advanced Detection Technologys LowCam under vehicle inspection systems, now have the capability to automatically capture any vehicles entire undercarriage in a single panoramic image.

In addition, vehicles image data from a prior visit can be recalled and compared with the current image. Differences are automatically identified and highlighted for review.

AwareView is another step towards continued improvement in automating the inspection process while enhancing inspection quality and vehicle throughput.

Our initial software offering, LowView, delivered the first integrated software solution for under vehicle inspection in the industry. Since that time, the company has expanded the LowView offering with LowView Suite that consists of Viewing Station and Video Archive. It allows operators to playback digital video at any speed and do so from a remote location, or archive and replay at a later time, amongst numerous other enhancements.

AwareView incorporates these capabilities in addition to the visit to visit vehicle comparisons and the single image view format. AwareView represents a significant advancement for facilities with high traffic volume and significant numbers of repeat visitors.

According to Dave Kesic, LowView and LowView Suite will continue to be a cost effective and appropriate solution for many customer applications. Based on input from the marketplace, AwareView and LowView will also compliment each other by providing sites where multiple access points exist with an optimal solution at all points of entry, regardless of their traffic profile.

All LowCam models will support the new AwareView offering. In keeping with our commitment to offer our customers an upgradeable platform, all existing customers will be able to upgrade their systems to the latest AwareView capability via a cost effective upgrade package.
