(PRWEB) February 7, 2004 --Constantine Ventures has just released three new financial tools targeted for venture capital, IPO, merger & acquisitions, and investment banking analysis.
The first program, Due Diligence Checklist, is designed to assist users in preparation for a due diligence in conjunction with an M&A event or joint-venture with another company. The checklist includes 4 pages of line items that are essential to a thorough due diligence process (Incorporation documents, IP information, employee Information, vendor and customers, etc). There are columns that are next to each line items which allows users to assign an owner for that line item (responsible for obtaining and reviewing the item), the due date, and any comments.
The second program, SELECTING AN INVESTMENT BANKER, is designed to assist users in selecting an investment banker by ranking the banks on 9 key criteria for M&A and IPO performance. The program is organized in a clear concise outline that will assist users in communicating your selection to your CEO and Board of Directors.
The third prgram, FUNDING ANAYSIS - DILUTION/LIQUIDATION PREFERENCES, is designed yo assist users when negotiating their funding round with venture capitalists. John Kokulis, president and founder of Constantine Ventures states, "When entering negotiations in a funding round, you are forced to come to quick understanding of the effects that certain terms and conditions on your term sheet will have on the value of your company stock. This program allows you to model those different funding scenarios for your company. This spreadsheet incorporates investor funding, conversion rights, accrued dividends, and liquidation preferences to calculate a $ Value for a fully diluted share of common stock."
These three new programs are part the new financial spreadsheet tools offered by Constantine Ventures on their new CFO Support web-site. The new tools are a collection of business plan templates, financial spreadsheet models, and legal agreement templates that users can download from the site.
