Dear reader, we know these claims are astonishing and incredible, yet they are true. The author was dedicated by his parents when an infant to the service of the Most High in the manner described of old, and in his 21st year of age, he was privileged to be visited and called up to behold for himself glory which is unspeakable in the presence of the God of might and conversed with Him face to face as Moses and saw and heard unutterable things. Subsequently he has healed the sick many times, received over 300 written revelations, has been ordained a Priest after the Order of Melchizedek and is an authorized legal administrator of the heavens, that whatsoever he binds on earth is bound in heaven. Holy Writ both inside and outside the Bible has been unfolded unto him, the mysteries of godliness have been revealed. Once the author was privileged to even cast out demons possessing a young former prostitute which he saw (about 100 in number) depart from the body of this woman.

FIRST VISION

SECTION 1. Revelation given on Dec. 24, 1980, as Preface to the Book of Revelations and commandments which follow.

SECTION 2. True vs. false prophets.

SECTION 3. Revelation on life after death. Future state and progression of souls of all men and women delineated. Pre-existence of spiritual bodies.

SECTION 4. Revelation of proper order and organization of the Church of Jesus Christ.

SECTION 5. Revelation on Melchizedek and history of Salem. Abraham associated with inhabitants of City of Salem. Jerusalem taketh its name from Salem. Translation of Salem in which inhabitants never tasted of death, and were removed physically from off earth as was Enoch. Location of Ark of Noah specified to this day. Ordination of Melchizedek, prophecy of return of Jesus.

SECTION 6. REVELATION on events before great flood. Ark built upon this the American continent before flood. Location of Garden of Eden specified. Adam's last great discourse to posterity before his translation. Calling of Enoch mentioned in Heb. 11:5. Enoch's rejection by inhabitants of land. Subsequent success and building of City of Zion upon this the American continent before the flood.

SECTION 7. ON THE SUBJECT OF THE RACES OF MEN

SECTION 8. Expanded intelligence and other phenomena associated with true faith. Process of translation explained.

SECTION 9. Revelation on fate of so-called heathen nations and the reasons why such great distress among these nations. Reward of these nations greater in resurrection for suffering. Apostasy of fathers thereof from Shem who is Melchizedek and Noah, Shems father. Revelation given to comfort one who had personally observed starving in India. Judgment according to opportunity for acquiring truth.

SECTION 10. REVELATION received May 6, 1982 on the association of man and woman after death. Marriage, under certain conditions, to continue forever. Sexual union denied in the resurrection to the majority.

December 29, 1969, while enwrapped in a heavenly vision, It seemed that I, Art Bulla, was removed out of my body, or whether in the body or out of it I could not tell, and I beheld his face, and He spake unto me face to face as one man speaks unto another for forty-five minutes or an hour, and whether in the body or out of it, I could not tell, for I beheld his glory, which surpasses all understanding, and spake while in the vision, in a much better tongue than any spoken by man at this time, which I supposed to be the Adamic Tongue, my understanding being quickened by such might and intelligence and power that it is beyond the mind of man unaided by the Spirit of Revelation which dwells yet within me, to comprehend, and indeed no words can convey, for it seemed that I was transfigured before Him of whom I speak, my God in whom I bear record as others have before me, that He lives, for I too have seen Him."

Without boasting,I have received a complete volume of scripture for this generation, as others have for theirs. I testify boldly it is the truth, for I have received it from God, and as Paul preached the gospel with "much contention", even so I am not afraid of a little contention also, for the warfare, has it not been transferred to the earth, and only the "best men bring forth the best works"? I fear nothing, except the might and power of the Being who spoke unto me in the vision, which was of such power that I spoke with him in a tongue which was at once more magnificent in its command of the things of the spirit and the intelligence of light and truth than English with its lack of vocabulary can express, and I shall forever adore his presence, and my bones truly quake at the power manifested when I receive even now revelations from him, for he is a God of glory..."

...as I opened my mouth to speak, did not a voice proceed forth which shook the ground upon which we three stood, and did not those brave men of the army of the United States hear and see for themselves, and my God is mightier than any mere arm of flesh or any nuclear tipped weapon..."

He was dedicated by parents when an infant to the service of God after his father had prayed that a servant of the Lord be born unto him". He is a Mechanical Engineer by education and was inducted into Tau Bet Pi, national honor society for engineers. He has five children and currently lives in the Baja in Mexico.
