A Spirited Solution to Fight Youths Sedentary Lifestyle. The exercise video creator, Alizabeth Lord Jetter, developed the Christian-based exercise routines with the premise that our bodies are God's temples and all are instructed to take care of our bodies.

To combat the epidemic of childhood inactivity and weight gain, two unique exercise videos have been introduced. The new exercise videos are Christian-based encouraging children (and parents) to take care of their bodies and exercise. The videos, "Jump for Jesus for Kids!" (for children 5 to 12 years old) and "Jump for Jesus for Youth!" (for youth ages 12 to 18), are led by teenagers and feature classes of young people and youth in a variety of shapes, ages and sizes.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) February 8, 2004 --America is experiencing an alarming rise in childhood obesity and sedentary lifestyles. I write to you regarding these alarming facts and propose a story of one mothers conviction to help solve this overwhelming situation across the nation. In addition to the physical downslide of many youth, self-esteem building is also key in a Christian-based exercise concept to help change this countrys urgent problem of childhood inactivity.

Adults are encouraged to participate with the children for a fun, high energy and innovative exercise workout.

The exercise video creator, Alizabeth Lord Jetter, developed the Christian-based exercise routines with the premise that our bodies are God's temples and all are instructed to take care of our bodies.

Jetter became aware of the vast differences of church ministries addressing the importance of taking care of our bodies and keeping them in shape. Most programs target adults, some target children - the new exercise tapes are an additional offering to the people/children's current fitness programs. "Our bodies are the temples of God. It is said that we only use 20% of our brain capacity. Many of us only use 20% of our spiritual capacity as well as maybe 20% of our physical capacity. If we can get that number to 21% then it is an improvement," stated Jetter.

As a wife and mother of two children, Jetter knew she needed to take action. Her diversified background as an author, human resources, change management and organizational development professional in corporate America allowed Jetter to help manage peoples' talents and abilities. Jetter also worked in youth ministry. Combining all her talents, experiences, abilities and convictions, Jetter developed the "Jump for Jesus for Youth!" and "Jump for Jesus for Children!" exercise videos. Both Jetter and video exercise leaders are aerobic instructor certified.

"The "Jump for Jesus for Kids!" and "Jump for Jesus for Youth!" exercise programs provide a solution to the problem of our young people's sedentary lifestyles and lack of Christian-based exercise materials. We created the videos to get kids excited about activity," shared Alizabeth Lord Jetter. "After being bombarded with information about the growing number of inactive and overweight children, I felt compelled to create something to help kids help themselves. The exercise videos were created also to help increase children's self-esteem."

Spiritual Dynamics, based in Texas, produced the exercise videos with real kids who really love the Lord. These kids are all at different phases of their physical commitment. No models were used to create the spiritual-based videos. Spiritual Dynamics website is: www.spiritualdynamicsllc.com.
