New Training Method Improves Executives Ability to Face Challenges.

In a recent survey 70% of executives who received Executive Coaching in at regular intervals reported that their abilities to deal with current challenges had 'improved greatly -- 25% noted a 'definite improvement. 70% also reported that their personal motivation had 'improved greatly.

London, England (PRWEB) February 10, 2004 --Executive Coach David Ferrers discovered whilst working in major corporations like General Motors, Johnson & Johnson and Prudential, that the effectiveness of his teaching improved dramatically when he trained the managers by delivering small chunks of information on a regular drip-feed. As he sees it the problem with traditional training methods is that they tend to overload busy executives with more than they can remember to use in their hectic working day.

In a survey conducted 4 weeks after one of his coaching interventions, 70% of candidates reported that their abilities to deal with current challenges had 'improved greatly -- 25% noted a 'definite improvement. 70% also reported that their personal motivation had 'improved greatly.

It is simply a matter of having the time to think about using anything new. Human beings are creatures of habit. When were under pressure we fall back on the methods which have always worked for us in the past. This is true even when weve very recently learned an exciting new technique in the classroom.

How many times have you returned from a training course full of good intentions, filed the course manual in the bottom drawer, and then never had the time to take it out again?" asks David. We have understood this dilemma and developed a product which enables you to learn by using new knowledge which is fed to you in regular small doses."

A weekly shot of inspiring new information is the ideal way to keep executives developing. And the Internet is the perfect medium for delivering that inspiration. The Career Success Gym has been developed specifically to deliver short, sharp lessons at regular intervals. It works because its messages are stimulating and they encourage members to take action - to use what they have learned. "I find the coaching extremely rewarding, it has helped me deal with situations that have been holding me back;" says Manager, Philippa Ives.

Since its launch in November 2003 membership of The Career Success Gym has grown dramatically. Chief Coach David Ferrers commented: We seem to have tapped into the development needs of a significant group of executives in both major corporations and smaller businesses around the world. I think this is because The Gym is easy to use and relevant to the needs of busy executives."
