Rockabilly Monthly Magazine Anniversary Event to be held in Austin

Rockabilly Monthly Magazine will celebrate its first anniversary in Austin, TX on June 11, 2004 with a night of music and burlesque.

(PRWEB) February 12, 2004 --On June 11, 2004, Austin music venue Antones will be the setting for the Texas Rockabilly Event of the year.

Rockabilly Monthly Magazine will celebrate its first year in business with a night of music and burlesque. "Lots of magazines do not even get to see a year in business...since we are lucky enough, we wanted to put on a show...our style" says Rockabilly Monthly Magazine editor Orlando Rios.

On the card, so far officialy, for the night is Stray Cats upright bassist Lee Rocker and his band, Austin's Flametrick Subs along with Satan's Cheerleaders, Corpus Christi's Matt Hole and the Hot Rod Gang, and burlesque by Austin's own Kitty Kitty Bang Bang.
