Research and Markets have announced the addition of the 'Electrical Equipment Demand Forecasts report to their offering.

Two forecasts, total capex on T&D construction from 2002 to 2007 for every country, and expenditure on all HV T&D equipment form the first group. Equipment forecasts are divided into three groups, each providing data for every country from 2002 to 2007.

T&D Capex

The first group contains power and distribution transformers and switchgear.

HV equipment cables and lines

The second group contains HV insulated cables, un-insulated overhead conductors, insulators and fittings.

LV cables and wire

The third group covers low voltage cables used in electrical installations and communications, including installation cable > 80V to 1 kV, copper wire, coaxial cable, optical fibre cable and winding wire.
