Recruiternet Reports Record 2003 Sales of Projectix ATS Enterprise Talent Management Platform

Recruiternet achieved record growth while expanding its ability to deliver highly tailored talent management solutions to enterprise-level clients. With new Projectix ATS clients such as Food Lion, Tyco Healthcare, Louisiana-Pacific and Lifespan, Recruiternet added to an already extensive list of mid-to-large sized organizations.

PORTLAND, ME -- February 13, 2004 -- Recruiternet, a leading provider of flexible applicant tracking software, reported record sales of its Projectix ATS Enterprise Talent Management platform for 2003.

Recruiternet's year-over-year revenue doubled in 2003, with increased company profitability and the addition of 35 new enterprise clients. Projectix ATS now supports over 15,000 client users across more than 70 corporate clients in the United States, Canada and Europe.

By focusing on scaling its service and support organization, Recruiternet achieved record growth while expanding its ability to deliver highly tailored talent management solutions to enterprise-level clients. With new Projectix ATS clients such as Food Lion, Tyco Healthcare, Louisiana-Pacific and Lifespan, Recruiternet added to an already extensive list of mid-to-large sized organizations.

Recruiternet also made significant additions to product functionality, including the addition of custom client user interfaces, advanced business process support, behavioral assessments and custom workflow wizard capability. An hourly hiring management capability was developed in 2003, including hiring manager interfaces, hiring decision support, pre-employment tax credit screening and advanced reporting and management capabilities.
