Dynamic Predictables releases to the public today its March 2004 mean monthly outlooks of temperature and precipitation for all climate divisions of the United States. Dynamic Predictables forecast categories include: Near Average, Above Average or Below Average temperature and precipitation. No division is designated EC" or climatological," that is, having an equal likelihood of normal, above normal or below normal, in effect, no forecast. Dynamic Predictables suite of dynamic computer algorithms is physics based and not dependant upon sea surface temperature patterns or any other trendy environmental anomaly.
The forecasts should be useful to agriculture, construction, distribution and energy interests. The product released to the public has been derived from one of the basic suite of proprietary algorithms developed by Dynamic Predictables and the output will be available after the defined date on their web site, www.dynamicpredictables.com .
Descriptive temperatures paragraph: March temperatures will be chilly east of the Mississippi River. To the west, the Central Rockies, the Norhern and Central Plains and the Great Lakes will be cooler than average. Along the West Coast, Southern California will be cooler than usual and so will interior Washington state. The Northern Rockies, the Great Basin and the southwestern states from Arizona to Texas and Oklahoma will enjoy temperatures close to average.
Descriptive precipitation paragraph: Much of hte nation will be drier than usual. Coastal Oregon and Washington state west of the Cascade Mountains will enjoy average moisture along with northern Idaho and the High Plains of Wyoming and Colorado. Most states east of the Mississippi River will see average rainfall. The Eastern Seaboard from Florida to Maryland will trend drier than usual. Average to above average precipitation will stretch from the Eastern Great Lakes states along Canadian border up to Maine.
