(PRWEB) February 19, 2004 --The Gypsy Players will be stirring up murder, mystery and mayhem every Thursday evening in March and April with the murder mystery spoof, The Last Cruise of the S.S. Minnow written especially for the Gypsy Players by local playwright, John Logue. Just sit right back while we tell a tale... The show takes place on a cruise ship called the S.S. Minnow II 15 years after the passengers and crew of the original S.S. Minnow were rescued. Someone is out for revenge and will stop at nothing -- not even murder -- to get it!
This hilarious show was written by John Logue and is directed by Roxanne Diesel and is presented by The Gypsy Players at the Grand Vista Hotelin Simi Valley. This is not your everyday dinner theatre fare - dinner, then watch the show. During this interactive show the action takes place all around you - an actor may be seated at your table, you may be a suspect and everyone has the opportunity to solve the crime, with the sleuth coming closest receiving a prize at the end of the evening. All this and more while enjoying a delicious gourmet dinner at The Grand Vista Hotel.
Join the Gypsy Players in March and April for The Last Cruise of the S. S. Minnow. This dinner event takes place every Thursday evening at 7 pm, March 18 - April 22 and at a special brunch performance on March 21 at 11 am. All performances are held at The Grand Vista Hotel, 999 Enchanted Way,Simi Valley -- just north of the 118 and First St exit.. The $45 ticket prices include dinner, dessert, beverage, the show and wait staff gratuity. Reservations are required. Shows begin at 7pm and run approx. 2 1/2 hours.
