In The Third Burden: My True Story of Defeating Discrimination in the Workplace (WendiBrand; Nov. 1, 2002; $15 Paperback), Eric Hughes tells his poignant story of fighting prejudice -- and winning -- and offers practical advice for any employee to understand and defend their rights.
