Sheila Hale Ogle Joins WPO

Sheila Hale Ogle, President of Media Research Planning and Placement Inc. (MRPP), has joined the Triangle Chapter of Women Presidents Organization (WPO).

Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) February 20, 2004 --Sheila Hale Ogle, President of Media Research Planning and Placement Inc. (MRPP), has joined the Triangle Chapter of Women Presidents Organization (WPO). WPO is a nonprofit membership organization whose members are a diverse group of entrepreneurial women presidents who have guided their businesses to generate at least $2 million in gross annual sales, or $1 million for a service-based business. Each WPO chapter serves as a peer advisory group and empowers members to achieve increased business and financial success, as well as individual growth. Local chapters are coordinated by a professional facilitator who organizes meetings of the peer advisory group to focus on important business issues and cutting-edge business trends. The Triangle Chapter, which conducts a monthly Wednesday meeting, is limited to 20 members. WPO businesses have a national average of $11,332,476 in annual revenues, 85 employees, and 16 years in business.

Being a part of the WPO means being surrounded by smart accomplished women. Participating in this forum allows me the opportunity to exchange ideas and share valuable information with other women business owners," said Ogle.

Ogle, a native of Cary, North Carolina, is CEO of MRPP, Inc., one of the largest full service media agencies in the Southeastern United States. Founded in 1986, MRPP is considered the leading agency for managing the complete media process, including media research, planning, and placement. The company has grown to a $20 million dollar agency with 20 employees and has been named one of the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina) areas fastest growing firms. In 2001, Ogle opened a second venture, The Matthews House, an event facility in Cary, NC, which is housed in a renovated 1920s mansion and will soon break ground to build an adjacent 2400 square-foot ballroom to accommodate the growing meeting business. Ogle is also the CEO of Integrated Clinical Trial Services, a firm that offers complete management of the patient recruitment process for clinical trials.
