Rocky Mountain Leadership Development Offers Effective Management Course in Fort Collins Starting March 9; Training enhances the effectiveness of professionals in supervisory roles
Rocky Mountain Leadership Development will offer an Effective Supervisory Management program to business professionals beginning Tuesday, March 9th. Participants will meet from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Residence Inn, 1127 Oakridge Dr., for nine two-hour sessions on consecutive Tuesdays. Lunch will be provided at each session.
(PRWEB) February 23, 2004 --Rocky Mountain Leadership Development will offer an Effective Supervisory Management program to business professionals beginning Tuesday, March 9th. Participants will meet from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Residence Inn, 1127 Oakridge Dr., for nine two-hour sessions on consecutive Tuesdays. Lunch will be provided at each session. The program is facilitated by Rocky Mountain Leadership Developments President Joe Moss, who has more than 20 years of experience helping clients enhance their supervisory skills and reach their potential.
Rocky Mountain Leadership Developments Effective Supervisory Management process incorporates information presented by individuals from a variety of local companies. Sessions include individual coaching and one-on-one follow-up between meetings. Each meeting includes case studies of management challenges faced by companies and suggested methods of supervising people. Participants learn the art of delegation and giving instructions; how to get more done using time management; how to exercise authority effectively; preventing and handling problems with people; how to train and motivate people to higher levels of productivity; and how to develop employees potential.
In addition to the Effective Supervisory Management program, Rocky Mountain Leadership Development also presents an Effective Personal Productivity program that helps participants set goals and achieve results, become a team player, handle interruptions in the work day, communicate effectively, thrive in a learning environment, increase productivity by controlling priorities, and evaluate their attitudes and make productive behavior changes. Other services available include team-building seminars that focus on communication styles, creating a team whose members complement one another, identifying goals and objectives, roles, personalities, likes and dislikes. Individual personality profiling sessions are available to identify an individuals communication and work style, and how that affects team dynamics.
