By adding a few simple, easy-to-learn tags, HTML designers can specify exactly what content can be modified with siteOperative editor. Users can simply login to siteOperative editor, click on the page name, type in new content in plain text, and save their work. The page is published instantly to the web. No HTML programming knowledge is required, although HTML tags are fully supported. A special WYSIWYG feature allows Windows XP users to format text like a word processor, and then have that text converted to HTML on the fly.

Uploading of files is fully supported, enabling users to upload images, media files and PDF documents directly to a web server with requiring FTP services.

siteOperative editor is securely protected by a flexible username and password system. Administrator and regular user accounts are supported. User accounts can be temporarily suspended, or setup to expire after a specified date and time.

siteOperative editor is installed on your web server. It is based on industry-standard Perl and Javascript technology, and will run as-is on most web servers out of the box. Free installation is included with the product, if needed. A complete install usually takes less then 15 minutes.
