New Web Directory and Search Engine - World Wide Web Find
Bazar, Inc. launches a new web directory and search engine using both open-source and proprietary databases.
(PRWEB) February 23, 2004 --Frederick-based Bazar, Inc. has recently launched World Wide Web Find, a new engine for web searchers. This engine includes two of the largest open source databases on the Web today, as well as a proprietary product comparison database. Using proprietary keyword-based directory analysis and data organization, World Wide Web Find has created a quick look-up feature that presents data in a coherent format. When visitors surf throughout the web directory, they have the option of one-click, quick-searching on their topic of interest.
"Our engine organizes data like other web directories, however we also offer users the option of searching on terms directly related to the category they are in" explains Robert Gray, director of Research and Development. "When a user is on the Country page, for example, every topic also has a quick-search link. So, if you want to look up information on Italy, you have the option of viewing our directory of Italian sites AND the option of searching the web for Italy-related information and products. This unique directory experience was developed with usability in mind. Visitors should enjoy the ease and utility of our engine."
The number of visitors to World Wide Web Find is expected to increase exponentially over the coming months. "We have excess capacity at present and can expand rapidly to meet increased demands. In addition, we have upgraded our software to allow for a 20-fold increase in searches compared with our other, first-generation search properties."
WorldWideWebFind.com is a division of Bazar, Inc. -- a privately owned corporation established in Maryland in 2003. For more information visit: http://www.riograndesoftware.com
