Survey Reveals 2004's Most Popular Ringtones

New survey reveals the most popular ringtones for January/February 2004.

(PRWEB) February 24, 2004 --The Peter Andre hit, Insania, has already hit the top spot in ringtone downloads, according to figures released from ringtones-for-you.co.uk, one of the UK's largest ringtone sites.

The tune, made popular by ITV's hit show I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, accounted for almost a fifth of all ringtone orders in January and February 2004. The figures reflect the tastes of those most likely to download ringtones -- teenagers -- and also highlighted the growth of polyphonic handsets.

Harris Johns, Content Director for the site, says: 'The overall top ten best-selling downloads for the first part of the year were all polyphonic, compared to the same time last year when most were monophonic.

Top poly and mono ringtones:
Peter Andre - Insania

Blue Feat Stevie Wonder - Signed Sealed Delivered
Britney Spears Feat Madonna - Me Against the Music
