Rochester, NY (PRWEB) February 24, 2004 --(OTO: NDCLF): National Detection Clinics Ltd. is making a direct investment through a share acquisition in a small generic North American pharmaceutical developer. The purpose of the acquisition is to gain a significant number of voting shares in order to obtain a board seat. The terms of the offer are cash and shares of NDCLF. More details of the transaction will be available once we have obtained at least 10% of all the outstanding shares of the target company.
By making a direct investment, the company is securing an exclusive supplier of a generic topical supplement which is an integral part of our thermal imaging scanning. The supplement when used prior to scanning has reduced the amount of false positives produced by as much as 95% in some cases.
The board of directors have decided that our best course of action would be to make a direct investment in the manufacturer and obtain a board seat. Having an uninterrupted supply of the topical supplement is critical to our overall success as outlined in the offering memorandum. We feel that it is far more cost effective being a partner than developing our own product line and digressing from our original business model.
The Company is introducing Early Detection Cancer Clinics to North America. Our clinics will use FDA approved Infra-red Thermal Imaging Technology. This non-invasive form of diagnosis determines structure changes in the tissues, leading to possible Early Detection.
