DreamQuest RPG Development Team Announced

The development team for a new RPG based on the fantsay novel DreamQuest has been announced. Some facts about the game are also disclosed.

(PRWEB) February 24, 2004 --After reading Bill Pottles fantasy novel DreamQuest, many fans have remarked that the story would make a great plot for a video game. Their thoughts have been nothing but wishful thinking- until now.

Working under the name of TritePsyche Software, an excellent development team has been formed to create a Role Playing Game (RPG) based on the story in DreamQuest. The game will be developed using the RPG Toolkit (www.toolkitzone.com) Version 3.

The game will be built on resources in the public domain, and the final version will be open source and distributed free of charge at http://www.dreamqueststory.com. The final version is expected to compete with games made for 8 bit and 16 bit console systems.

Our real strength is the development team," member Harry Cho said. We have a mixture of creativity and experience that should allow us to produce a quality final product."

The team features members with a wide variety of backgrounds from art to 3D rendering to music to simple RPG development. The team members are:

Charles DeGuzman: Charles is the cover artist for DreamQuest. He graduated from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and he lives in Los Angeles, CA.

Harry Cho: Harry graduated from Cornell University and he lives in Philadelphia, PA. He is in charge of the Center City Taekwondo Program. http://www.centercitytkd.com

Mike Donikian: Mike is receiving his masters degree in Computer Graphics from Cornell University. His work includes developing better methods of 3D rendering.

Jason Charles: Jason lives in Denver, CO. He runs the web design company http://www.eyedropdesign.com

Paul Buchanan: Paul goes to CU Boulder. He helped develop an RPG for the TI82 calculator.

Late Lawson: Late, aka DJ TriNiTro, is a successful recording artist who has agreed to compose an original score for the game. His work can be found at http://www.latsonline.com

Bill Pottle will be writing the script for the game and coordinating the efforts of the rest of the development team.
