Haraden brings more than 15 years of health and welfare industry experience to Longfellow. He joins Longfellow from Fidelity Investments and in his new position, he reports to Joe Gray, Managing Partner. Haraden’s key responsibilities at Longfellow will include expanding Longfellow’s employee benefits capabilities and service offerings and developing strategic relationships.

Pat holds a BSBA in Accounting and Management from Northeastern University and an MBA in Taxation from Bentley College. He is a licensed life, health, and property casualty insurance broker and consultant. He has attained the designations of a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Registered Employee Benefits Specialist (REBC), and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). Currently, he is a candidate for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. He is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), and the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC).
