Preparing for health wellness is the topic of an upcoming talk given by Dr. Christopher Henderson, N.D., L.Ac.; Director of Calistogas Optimal Health Center. The free event will be held March 23th, 6-7:30 PM at the Calistoga Community Center.

Dr. Henderson will discuss various methods used to maximize overall health through nutrition, herbal support, lifestyle changes, detoxification, and tissue cleansing. He will also discuss sources of contamination and toxicity within the wine country and what can be done to minimize exposure and maximize detoxification of substances such as heavy metals, pesticides, and other chemicals.
There are many sources of toxins in our area and much can be done to prevent exposure and to eliminate them from your body which has an amazing ability to heal if given the right support," said Dr. Henderson.

Dr. Henderson who earned his Naturopathic Doctorate and Master of Science degree in acupuncture from Washingtons Bastyr University practices full time in Calistoga.
