How It Works:

This triggers an automatic email notification to the distributor that proofs are available for review. The proof is then previewed by the distributor with the option of returning the proof to the manufacturer for changes or releasing the proof to their customer for approval. The customer logs in through a proof access page, reviews and annotates the file, adds an approval status and returns the reviewed work to the distributor. The distributor is automatically notified once the approval status has changed, and then returns the review back to the manufacturer.
