The internationally successful Sacmi Group is proud to present a high-output "super press" designed to produce thick, non-stick aluminium pots and pans.
(PRWEB) February 28, 2004 --The internationally successful Sacmi Group is proud to present a high-output "super press" designed to produce thick, non-stick aluminium pots and pans.
The PHP 5000 looks set to be Sacmis winning card at the coming edition of Macef: a "super press" capable of doubling the output capacity of non-stick aluminium pan plants.
The PHP 5000, to be launched on the market in September, was developed by the Groups R&D laboratories to improve on the already excellent performance of the PHP 3590. The new PHP 5000, in fact, features all the characteristics of reliability, durability, precision and safety that have made the PHP 3590 - and Sacmi products in general - such a success the world over. This new press is more powerful and can produce two pans at a time.
"The PHP 5000 represents a giant leap forward in aluminium pan moulding", explains Pier Aldo Masotti, business manager of Sacmis refractories and moulding presses division. "In addition to extremely high tonnage, this press provides high output rates and allows the user to make a wide range of pots and pans of superb quality".
To make it even more competitive, the PH 5000 has been specifically designed to mould both high and medium-thickness pots and pans; it is a known fact that a thicker pan gives improved cooking performance, is tougher and lasts longer. Sacmis aim is to provide Italian pot/pan manufacturers with presses that allow them to make the top quality products needed to compete with the low-priced goods made in Eastern Europe.
