CaribFest '04 has been rescheduled for July 10&11, 2004. New venue to be announced shortly.

Stone Mountain, GA (PRWEB) February 28, 2004 --CaribFest 04: Celebrating Caribbean Culture has been rescheduled because the previously approved venue is not available. We apologize to our vendors, sponsors, performers and audience for any inconvenience this change may cause but know that the change was due to circumstances beyond our control. A new venue will be announced shortly.

MACCA CaribFest: Celebrating Caribbean Culture is a widely anticipated and inclusive festival designed to engage broad audience participation while attracting attendees from across the US. In addition, MACCA CaribFest will provide an atmosphere where a diverse group of people can come together for positive interactions that can build and nurture fundamental relationships among Caribbean and American people, as well as lead in building good and caring communities that build bridges, nurture people, stimulate enterprise, foster equality, and encourage respect. The mission of MACCA CaribFest is to celebrate Caribbean heritage and culture while providing a forum for education, community togetherness and civic pride.

Plans for CaribFest are continuing and no major changes to the format have been made. Because of the extended time, we will by accepting vendors until May 15, 2004. Sponsorship details and vendor applications are still available online at www.maccacentre.org/caribfest.htm.
