Concord Mayor Hellen Allen cuts ribbon at opening of Cafe Bravo.

The Mayor of Concord Hellen Allen opens the new Cafe Bravo located inside the Concord Holiday Inn.

Concord, CA (PRWEB) February 29, 2004 --Cafe Bravo had its grand opening on Thursday February 27th. The restaurant and lounge was filled to capacity by local heads of business and city leaders. The Mayor of Concord, Hellen Allen cut the ribbon as a group of cheerleaders and guests applauded this new and exciting restaurant located inside The Holiday Inn. "We are so excited to see the tremendous support from the city of Concord for our hotel and new Cafe Bravo" said Ata Kashanian, Vice President of Montclair Hotels which operates the two hundred and nine room property. The concept for Cafe Bravo was to research the areas most popular dishes and offer its own versions of these popular items. The areas favorite dishes together with Chef Mark Singchai's variety of signature creations, will give Cafe Bravo a taste all its own.
