BTSLogic, Inc. Acquires BTS Solutions A/S BTSLogics Speech Automated DA Solution To Be Available To BTS Solutions Operator Services Customers

BTSLogic announced today the acquisition of the privately-held "BTS Solutions, A/S" and its affiliated company "Bo Tveden Development, A/S", as well as all assets of the two companies.

BTS Solutions, based in Arhus, Denmark, has been developing software-based Directory Assistance and information search engines since 1987 for carriers and service providers world-wide, including TeliaSonera AB (NASDAQ: TLSN), Telenor ASA(NASDAQ: TELN), and US Department of Defense.
