(PRWEB) March 3, 2004 --Many of our association Board Members plan their entire schedules around our annual Board Member Seminar. If youve ever been to one, youll know why -- theyre a great way to become better educated about the your job as a Board member.

This year our 18th Annual Board Member Seminar will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2004. Were keeping it at the same location, which is the Radisson Hotel off of 880/Alvarado-Niles Blvd in Union City. We will have our usual early sessions for new Board members -- one targeting Neighbor Disputes, and the other your Duties as a New Board Member. Well have other sessions on Mold, Insurance, Collection of Assessments, and Large Construction Projects (some of these are concurrent, so be sure to bring your fellow Board members). After our hosted lunch, well have a group session Legal Update that is always fascinating to Board members (and Managers!).

The other reason our long-term clients plan their calendars around this seminar -- its fun! Youll have a chance to meet the management staff and vendors youve probably talked to but never met in person. Youll be able to talk to other Board Members and discover youre not alone in your association problems and challenges, and find out how others have solved them to keep you from recreating the wheel".
