John Motley Named Marketing & Sales Director for Speed, Agility and Strength Conditioning Group

Herndon, VA (PRWEB) March 4, 2004 -- Explosive Performance, a leader in speed, agility and strength conditioning, announced today the hiring of John Motley as Marketing and Sales Director.

Motley, a James Madison University graduate, will also function as the Lead Trainer for the Herndon-based group that specializes in training athletes from the youth level to the professional ranks.

Motley graduated in 1999 with a business administration degree. He is a Certified Conditioning Specialist, in addition to being a certified Personal Trainer and certified by the National Strength Professionals Association. Motley knows all about crosstraining since he participated in seven sports: baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, rugby, swimming and wrestling.
