(PRWEB) March 4, 2004 -- The Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL)will hold it's 32nd Annual Whitney M. Young Memorial Gala in Washington, DC on March 10, 2004, hosted by Actress Vivica A. Fox and Actor, Director Robert Townsend.

Democratic National Committee Chair (DNC) Terry McAuliffe and Republican National Chair (RNC) Ed Gillespie will be the Honorary Chairs of this years GWUL Gala.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car forms Partnership with The Greater Washington Urban League, Inc. and Donates A Car for Raffle to Raise Funding for the Leagues Vital Programs

WHY: The Greater Washington Urban League, Inc. is a major interracial, nonpartisan, nonprofit community service and civil rights organization using the tools and methods of social work, economics, law and other disciplines to bring about equal opportunities and equal access to African Americans and minorities in the Washington metropolitan area. Its mission "is to increase the economic and political empowerment of African Americans and other minorities and to help all Americans share equally in the responsibilities and rewards of full citizenship."
