New Addition to Guinness Book of World Records

Christian mystery author, Paula F. Blevins, has become part of world history. She and 152 other Publish America authors have now gone down in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most authors at a book signing.

(PRWEB) March 5, 2004 -- Christian mystery author, Paula F. Blevins, has become a part of world history. She and 152 other Publish America authors joined together for a giant book signing in the publishers hometown of Frederick, Maryland on February 29, 2004. Their names have now gone down in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most authors at a book signing.

The authors from all over the United States and England met for the weekend conference with several seminars led by authors, an informative and entertaining tour of historic Gettysburg, and the record setting book signing on Sunday at the Frederick Towne Mall.

Blevins signed and sold copies of her first two books of The For Hymn Mystery Series. These books are so named because each edition in the four part series is divided into sections by the verses of a popular hymn. Book I, The Way Home, has Amazing Grace" as its basis, whereas, Book II, Come to Me, uses the hymn Stand By Me."

The inspirational mystery, The Way Home, is set in Columbus, Ohio with the main character, Elizabeth Perkins (Lizzie), about to be married. Throughout the novel, Elizabeth works to figure out the meaning of her recurrent dreams about her fathers death and their possible connection to her fiancés accidents before the fast-approaching wedding.

In Come to Me, the second book of the series, Lizzies college roommate and maid of honor, Eryka Skidmore, must uncover the secret behind her boss disappearance before its too late to save the company and possibly herself. This suspenseful story takes place in Tennessee with side trips into Corbin, Kentucky.

This series will particularly interest teens and women as the stories of faith, perseverance, and victory will lift their spirits, encourage, and give them the confidence to follow and stand up for their beliefs in all areas of their Christian walk.

Blevins, who is originally from Pataskala, Ohio, resides in Gallipolis, Ohio with her husband David and their three children.

Ask for her books at your local bookstore or get them on-line at any of the major companies such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or Books A Million. For more information, contact Blevins at paulab07@paulafblevins.com or visit her website at www.paulafblevins.com.
