Schiff, Kreidler-Shell Adds Four New Owners to Company; Move brings the number of employee-owners to 29

CINCINNATI, OH (PRWEB) March 8, 2004 --Schiff, Kreidler-Shell, Cincinnatis largest locally owned independent insurance agency, today announced the addition of four new owners to the companys ranks, bringing the total number of employee-owners to 29. Receiving this prestigious honor are Chad Bilz, Cindy Macke, Carmine DiLonardo, and Glenn Drees.

As Vice President and Owner of SKS, Chad Bilz is responsible for selling property and casualty insurance, specializing in technology, manufacturing, intellectual property, marine and workers compensation insurance.

Bilz began his insurance career in 1994, shortly after receiving his B.S. in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University. Today, Bilz holds both professional certifications, including Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager, and is also highly active in his community, serving on the boards of such prestigious organizations as The Madison E-Zone business incubator, Northern Kentucky University Alumni Council, St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, and the Metropolitan Club. Bilz resides in Villa Hills, Kentucky.

Vice President and Owner Cindy Macke joined SKS as an account manager in 1997. Within two years, she had moved into a broker role and today, together with her staff, sells and services employee benefits programs to more than 100 clients.

Previously, Macke served as an Account Manager with Prudential Health Care in Cincinnati, where she served both local and national accounts including those that were fully insured and self-funded.

Macke holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and currently resides in Wyoming with her family.

Joining SKS in 1999, Carmine DiLonardo now holds the title of Vice President and Owner. In this role, DiLonardo is responsible for the placement of commercial business, working with SKS brokers to determine which insurance companies will be used to meet a particular clients needs.

Prior to coming to SKS, DiLonardo had been employed as a Senior Underwriter at Cincinnati Insurance Company, a company he joined in 1994.
DiLonardo received his Bachelors degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of Cincinnati. He and his family currently reside in Western Hills.

Vice President and Owner Glenn Drees joined SKS in 2000 as a risk control consultant. Today, Drees is responsible for selling for the companys commercial property and casualty lines of business. He is focusing on bringing risk management and insurance solutions to manufacturing, service, construction, and non-profit clients.

Previously, Drees was employed with Crum and Forster Insurance Company as the Regional Manager of the loss control department.

An active member of the National Fire Protection Association, Board of Certified Safety Professionals and Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters, Drees holds his bachelors degree in Fire Safety Engineering from Eastern Kentucky University. He and his family reside in Greenhills, where he is active in the community.
