Federal Government Commits Fraud In Martha Stewart Trial

The Federal Government [U.S. District Court, Prosecutors, Department of Justice, Administrative Office of U.S. Courts] committed "Fraud on the Court" during the Martha Stewart trial. The illegal, fraudulent "Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure" were used knowingly by the federal government in violation of the U.S. Constitution. The conviction will have to be vacated.

On December 1, 2002, The S.C. illegally changed Rule 54, Federal Rules Criminal Procedure (FRCrP) without the authority of Congress [28 U.S.C., Sec. 2074]. The changes [all jurisdiction related] rewrote the Constitution as to federal jurisdiction within the states, all changes violating the U.S. Constitution.

We'll have to see if the States and/or Congress take action. If not, the U.S. Constitution has been voided, making all U.S. Citizens subjects of the Federal Government.

The Court, Judge, & Federal Prosecutors in the Martha Stewart trial all participated in "Fraud on the Court" by allowing a criminal trial to take place using illegal, fraudulent "Rules" that deal with the federal government's jurisdiction. Martha Stewart's conviction should be immediately vacated.
