Award Winning Security Company Gets Gold for Commitment to High Standards
More accolades have been bestowed on Glasgow based security integration specialist Pointer who also have a regional office in Edinburgh. After receiving two National Training Awards last year, the company has now received a gold medal from the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) in recognition of their commitment to working to the highest standards. The company joins an elite band of installers in Scotland to receive this award.
(PRWEB) March 10, 2004 -- The gold scheme is NSI's premier scheme for installers who meet the industry's highest standards through ISO9000 quality management as well as conforming to the relevant British and European Standards. To gain recognition Pointer have to meet stringent audit procedures for the installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
Commenting on receiving the gold medal, managing director Sandy Rowan said, "The NSI gold medal is another acknowledgement of Pointer's ability to deliver the integrated high technology security and fire detection systems that property owners need today."
Pointer is also one of only a small number of contractors to be recognised under the British Approvals for Fire Equipment (BAFE) FP203 Scheme, as an accredited fire alarm installer.
