Massimo was later to apply this Anglo-Saxon foundation within Italian companies such as Gaggia SpA (coffee-making machines) where he was the Chief Operating Officer for 10 years, after having been its Chief Administrative Officer. Within the field of Corporate Finance, Massimo has directly participated in corporate restructurings, start-ups and leveraged buyouts.
