Amstar Financial Services unable to complete acquisition of $3,000,000 asset.
(PRWEB) March 11, 2004 -- Amstar Financial Services (OTCBB-AMAF) failed Investor Due Diligence regarding Amstar's planned acquisition of a $3,000,000 asset. Amstar did not meet the Investor's requirements. Therefore, the Investor abandoned the transaction. No shares were issued and no funds were exchanged.
On March 5th the Company announced that it executed an Assignment for the Benefit of its Creditors.
