Vikki L. Pryor Named to KeySpan Board of Directors

KeySpan Corporation (KSE) announced today that it has elected Vikki L. Pryor, President and CEO of SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc., to its Board of Directors.

Ms. Pryor is President and Chief Executive Officer of SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc. and its family of companies, an innovative, national firm committed to the financial empowerment of all people. Prior to joining SBLI USA, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Oxford Health Plans in Connecticut. From 1993 to 1997 Ms. Pryor was a member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Senior Executive Team.

Ms. Pryor graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with bachelor and Juris Doctor degrees. She also received a masters degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
