Film/Game Composer Eric Doggett Scores for IBM
Film/Game Composer Eric Doggett scores the music for an IBM film, which simulates a terrorist event in a major metropolitan city. The film is now used internationally to train IBM executives.
(PRWEB) March 12, 2004 -- Eric Doggett, a film and game composer based in Austin, Texas and President of Eric Doggett Studios, recently scored a big project for IBM.
The film, "Panic In The City", dealt with a major terrorist attack in a fictitious U.S. city. The attack came in the form of a truck bomb and an accompanying chemical attack. In the film, executives react differently to the ensuing chaos and must learn how to best deal with the scenarios presented to them.
"It was a great project to work on", commented Doggett. He added, "Watching the story progress and the characters react to all of the events around them, and writing the music to solidify their feelings was a big challenge."
The film, produced entirely in Austin, will be used internationally to train IBM executives on how to deal with an attack.
Eric, whose credits include various film, game and television projects, is the President of Eric Doggett Studios, a music and sound design studio based in Austin. More information is available at www.doggettstudios.com
For game music, Eric Doggett is represented by Bob Rice of Four Bars Intertainment.
