Colleen Miller of Finance by Design is featured in a personal finance article in the March 2004 issue of Reader's Digest.

The article talks about five financial moves to consider as investor confidence grows but those burned in the stock market plunge of 2000 remain risk sensitive. Ms. Miller discusses a strategy for investing short-term money called a "CD ladder".

Myers got Miller's number through her membership in the Garrett Planning Network after contacting GPN for planners he could interview for the article. Marc contacted Colleen in November. Colleen reviewed the article in December before it went to the Readers Digest editors. Editing was done in January and the Readers Digest arrived in mail boxes in mid-February.
