Forbes Earnings Quality Report, a monthly publication from Forbes, Inc. dedicated to the financial statement analysis of leading stock earnings, recently assigned Dell Computer (NYSE:DELL) a poor" earnings quality rating. The newsletter referenced Dells strong balance sheet and clear industry leader standings but also stated that the editors did not believe Dell would meet the 15% annual EPS currently forecasted by Wall Street for the next three years.
