Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) March 13, 2004 --Corpedia, the Web-based, interactive, eLearning company, announced today the release of Dr. Peter F. Druckers new three-course integrated series titled Leading Change. Dr. Drucker, Corpedias founding and exclusive faculty member, has developed two previous suites of courses in the Peter F. Drucker Executive Management Series.

This suite focuses on successful change management for the enterprise and how to lead it. As with all of the Drucker Management Suites, Leading Change is certified. Upon successful completion of the program, the user is awarded a completion certificate and a credential that confirms he or she has achieved a thorough understanding of the subject material.

The first module, The Next Society," sets the environment of change; the second module, From Data to Information Literacy", deals with the information required for change; and the third module, Driving Change" deals with the decisions necessary to lead change.

The Next Society" describes the major trends that are rapidly transforming our world in this first decade of the new century. These trends include the emergence of knowledge as the key resource; the dominance of knowledge workers in the workforce; the changing demographics in developed countries; the growth in manufacturing output and simultaneous decline in manufacturing employment; the changes in the corporation from ownership to confederation; and the changing role of top management. The implications of these trends for the practice of management are then hammered out.

From Data to Information Literacy" describes how individuals and organizations can move from data literacy to information literacy by focusing on the information each person needs to perform his or her function and on the information the enterprise needs to create wealth. A major emphasis in the module is placed on tools for supporting productivity, enhancing and value creating activities, including systems for gathering appropriate information external to the enterprise.

Driving Change" is the decision making module. Its major concerns are with formulating policies to create the future; developing a systematic procedure for identifying opportunities for change; methods for introducing change inside and outside the organization; and evolving an institutional framework to balance rapid change with continuity.

Corpedia produces interactive, multimedia courses that are rich in animation and sound. Our Internet offerings through the Drucker courses have made a breakthrough in online learning and have set a new benchmark for the information age," said Alex Brigham, Corpedias CEO. The quality and content of these courses are unrivaled."
