Publishing Industry Expert Wayne Greenberg Joins encrtyptX Board of Directors
Greenberg brings extensive business management know-how and publishing industry experience to fast-paced security software company

Mr. Greenberg joined the board as CTEKs representative after CTEK Angel investors committed a significant amount of capital to the Company.
With more than 25 years of business management experience, Mr. Greenbergs career ranges from successful launches of start-up enterprises to directing companies with over 1000 employees. He is currently CEO of Ventures for Humanity, developing the commercial promise of breakthrough technologies. Prior to joining Ventures, he consulted with diverse corporations in business plan development, due diligence, capital placement, and corporate restructuring. He also previously served as President of Financial Times Energy, where he had profit and loss responsibility for that $50m energy information company.
After selling his own company to Financial Times Energy, he became its President where he managed eight product lines and 15,000 customers while increasing revenue by 15% and profit by over 200%. At Financial Times, he directed the companys sale to Platts. He was previously President of Shepards, a $110m publishing subsidiary of McGraw-Hill where he was recognized as Manager of the Year for the McGraw-Hill companies. He had profit and loss responsibility for nearly 1,000 personnel and increased profit margins by more than 25% while orchestrating the sale of a large publishing unit. He also established a product development department that launched an extensive list of new electronic products with an internet-related product focus.
Greenberg brings to EncryptX Corporation significant experience in long-range business planning, new technology development, start-up management, fast-growth management, management of mature companies, innovative business strategies, technology licensing, new business development, personnel hiring, product development, customer needs assessment, internal and external selling and cross-functional project management.
