(PRWEB) March 20, 2004 --Responding to intense client demand for large volume silkscreening production, Eagle Promotions -- a leading promotional product and advertising company servicing corporate clients nationwide -- has completed an agreement to acquire privately held Superior Screen Printing of Las Vegas, NV. This acquisition provides Eagle Promotions with all of Superior Screen Printings entire assets. Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.

Eagle Promotions has received numerous recognitions and awards over the past 10 years, including Top 2% of Promotional Product Distributors nationwide, and Top 100 Screen Printers nationwide. Eagle Promotions is currently in the process of being certified through the National Minority Purchasing Council.

This is the second acquisition in 3 years for Eagle Promotions. In 2001 Eagle Promotions merged with EP Performs, building Eagle Promotions into an advertising specialty power house. Both acquisitions affirm Eagle Promotions commitment to being a leader in promotional product distribution.
